If anything I envy those who can afford the iPad because I've spent some time with them and they're absolutely beautiful devices. Anyway, I don't blame you for preferring old fashioned paper & ink ... physical books are much more browsable than ebooks, which, despite their convenience, remain a little hermetic and inaccessible.Dick Hartzellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07065924271517452841noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1384058120723815048.post-55925052926758614102011-07-28T18:05:24.153-04:002011-07-28T18:05:24.153-04:00I am not going to comment on affluence of ipad use...I am not going to comment on affluence of ipad users for obvious reasons. The ipad is of course much more than a reader and though I still like to read on it, I can see why Kindle is a better choice. Also I don't get much swimming pool time but I may at the cape around labor day. I won't bring my ipad near the pool however... it is only wifi anyway. I still prefer the old fashioned paper & ink — but I (like you) am very old. Just kidding... <br />I hope to be able to read your blog often, mr Hartzell. I know you will keep it stimulating.nostrumrostrumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05911992683604627349noreply@blogger.com
